Hello, my name is Renee Sanders. I spent the beginning of my teaching career at Southwood Valley Elementary. I taught 2nd grade for six years and 1st grade for 3 years. This will be my fifth year at Creek View Elementary and my thirteenth year in education. I am excited about being at Creek View and I know that you will LOVE it here as well.


This will be my 4th year to teach 3rd grade. I am very excited about this grade level. The children at this age are so much fun. This is a profession that is extremely rewarding. I truly enjoy the career that chose me.

I graduated from Sam Houston State University in May 2001. In December 2010, I received a Master's degree in Educational Leadership.


I have been married for 17 years. I have 2 daughters. My oldest daughter is 13 years old (Emily) and my youngest daughter (Ashley) is 8 years old. They are the LIGHT of my life!

I am very blessed to have an amazing teaching partner, Christina Moring.  She teaches Math, Science, and Social Studies.  We are looking forward to a FANTASTIC year!
